Work Product

Work Product. Means any work, research or development produced or created by the Employee of a technical, scientific, or business nature pertinent to the Employer's scientific or business interests including that relating to the Technology or Confidential Information.

Work Product. Work Product. Work Product. Means all software innovations, computer programs, code, designs, artwork, notes, documents, information, materials or other original work, whether patentable or copyrightable, developed by ChiLin hereunder, including without limitation all improvements, enhancements, extensions and other modifications by or for ChiLin to the Software, the Documentation and the Vitria Marks (including the Localized Product). Work Product. Work Product.
