Administrator

Administrator. The compensation committee of the Board or such other Committee appointed to administer the Plan, consisting of independent members of the Board

Administrator. The Company's Salary and Employee Benefits Committee, which shall consist of two or more persons appointed by the Board, each of whom shall qualify as a "nonemployee director" within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 the promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended

Administrator. The Committee or Human Resources, as applicable, which is designated with the authority to administer the Plan pursuant to Section 3.
