Administrator. The Corporate Secretary of the Company.
Administrator. The Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Public Affairs, of the Company.
Administrator. The Board or the committee(s) or officer(s) appointed by the Board that have authority to administer the Plan as provided in Section 3 hereof
Administrator. (a) "Administrator" means, (i) with respect to awards granted to executive officers of the Company (as defined in Rule 3b-7 under the Exchange Act) and to Non-Employee Directors under Section 9 of this Plan, the Board, and (ii) with respect to awards granted to all other Participants, the Compensation Committee.

Administrator. (i) any person or committee to whom the Board delegates administrative discretion under the Plan, and (ii) the Board, which may exercise any and all administrative powers associated with the Plan.
