Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. A committee of two or more individuals appointed from time to time by the Board to administer the Plan; provided that, for any period for which no such committee has been appointed, the term "Administrator" shall refer to the Board.
Administrator. The Board or any of its Committees as shall be administering the Plan, in accordance with Section 4. (a) of the Plan
