Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. Shall mean the Administrative Committee set forth in Section 3(b) to whom the Committee has delegated authority to take action under the Plan, except as may otherwise be required under Section 10.
Administrator. Means the Board of Directors or any committee or persons to whom it delegates its authority.
Administrator. Means the Board of Directors, unless it has delegated power to act on its behalf to the Committee, in which case the Administrator means the Committee; provided, however, that the ultimate authority to make determinations and to take actions in connection with the Plan shall be with the Board of Directors.
Administrator. Means at the time of a determination (1) for Participants who (A) report to the Chief Executive Officer, (B) are subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and (C) are officers of the Company elected by the Board, the Committee and (2) for all other Participants, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (or his or her designees or delegatees).
Administrator. Means the Board or any of its Committees as shall be administering the Plan or one or more senior executive officers authorized by the Board to grant Awards, in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan.
