Administrator

Administrator. A committee of two or more individuals appointed from time to time by the Board to administer the Plan; provided that, for any period for which no such committee has been appointed, the term "Administrator" shall refer to the Board.

Administrator. The Board or any of its Committees as shall be administering the Plan, in accordance with Section 4. (a) of the Plan

Administrator. The Board or any committee of the Board that has been designated by the Board to administer this Agreement

Administrator. The President of Weyerhaeuser Company or his or her delegate

Administrator. The Board as long as no Committee has been appointed and is in effect and also means the Committee to the extent that the Board has delegated authority thereto.

Administrator. The committee or committees forth in Section 3(b), to whom the Board has delegated the authority to take action under, and to administer, the Plan

Administrator. The officers and employees of the Company responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Plan and to which other authority may be delegated under Section 10(b). Unless otherwise specified by the Committee, the Administrator shall be the VF Corporation Pension Plan Committee.

Administrator. Shall mean the Board or the Committee responsible for conducting the general administration of the Plan in accordance with Article 13 of the Plan; provided that if Participant is an Independent Director, "Administrator" shall mean the Board.
