Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. Board or any one of the Committees.
Administrator. The Compensation Committee of the Board or its successor, which shall be composed of not less than two members of the Board, each of whom shall be a 'disinterested person' within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 and an 'outside director' within the meaning of Section 162(m)
Administrator. Shall mean the person or persons to whom the Committee has delegated the authority to take action under the Plan, except as may be otherwise required under Section 8.
