Administrator

Administrator. Board or any one of the Committees.

Administrator. The Compensation Committee of the Board or its successor, which shall be composed of not less than two members of the Board, each of whom shall be a 'disinterested person' within the meaning of Rule 16b-3 and an 'outside director' within the meaning of Section 162(m)

Administrator. Shall mean the person or persons to whom the Committee has delegated the authority to take action under the Plan, except as may be otherwise required under Section 8.

Administrator. Means the Board, and, upon its delegation of all or part of its authority to administer the Plan to the Committee, the Committee.

Administrator. The Committee or the persons acting within the scope of their authority to administer the Plan pursuant to a delegation of authority from the Committee pursuant to Section 22.

Administrator. The Board, either of the Committees appointed to administer the Plan or, if applicable, an officer of the Corporation appointed to administer the Plan in accordance with Section 3(c)

Administrator. The Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board of the Corporation.

Administrator. Shall have the meaning as defined in the Plan.

Administrator. The entity that conducts the general administration of the Plan as provided herein. The term "Administrator" shall refer to the Committee unless the Board has elected to exercise any of the rights and duties of the Committee under the Plan generally, as provided in Section 3 herein.
