Example Definitions of "Administrator"
Administrator. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board, unless and to the extent another duly authorized committee is designated by the Board. If there is no Compensation Committee of the Board and the Board does not designate another committee, references herein to the "Administrator" shall refer to the Board.
