Administrator. The Board, the Compensation Committee of the Board or any other committee appointed by the Board

Administrator. Means either the Board or a committee of at least two Board members to which the Board allocates administration of the Plan.

Administrator. The Committee (as constituted prior to the Change in Control). The Committee may delegate some or all of its authority hereunder to one or more persons. In the event of any such delegation, the term Administrator shall include any such delegates to the extent of the applicable delegation.

Administrator. Means the Board or any of its Committees as will be administering the 2007 Plan, in accordance with Section 4 of the 2007 Plan.

Administrator. The Company's independent compensation committee or a majority of the Company's Independent Directors.

Administrator. The individual or individuals, if any, to whom the Committee delegates authority under the Plan in accordance with Section 3(d). If no delegation of authority is in effect, the Committee shall serve as the Administrator.
