Administrator

Administrator. The Board and the person(s) or committee appointed by the Board to administer the Plan and serve as agent for the Company with respect to the Plan. As of the Effective Date, the Compensation Committee of the Board is designated as the Administrator.

Administrator. Shall mean the Organization, Compensation and Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors of the Corporation or any successor to such committee.

Administrator. Means the Human Resource Committee of the Board. 1

Administrator. Means the Board or the Committee (or their designees), as applicable.

Administrator. The Chief Financial Officer of the Company or his/her delegates.

Administrator. Means the Board or a committee of the Board, duly appointed to administer the Plan and such committee, shall be composed to meet the requirements of Section 162(m) of the Code, the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda and/or the requirements established by the securities exchange or system on which Shares are traded or listed if such requirements are applicable.

Administrator. Means the Board or, if and to the extent the Board elects to delegate the administration of the Plan or does not administer the Plan, the Committee.

Administrator. Means the Board or any of the Committees appointed, from time to time to administer the Plan.

Administrator. Means the officers and employees of the Company responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Plan and to which other authority may be delegated under Section 10(d). Unless otherwise specified by the Committee, the Administrator shall be the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
