Administrator

Administrator. Means, as determined by the Board, (i) the Board, (ii) one or more committees of director(s) of the Corporation appointed by the Board (comprised solely of one or more directors or such greater number of directors as may be required under applicable law), (iii) to the extent permitted by applicable law, any officer(s) of the Corporation appointed by the Board, to administer all or certain aspects of this Plan.

Administrator. Means the Board or any of its Committees as shall be administering the Plan in accordance with Section 4 hereof. Initially the Administrator shall be the Compensation Committee of the Board. The Board may change the Administrator at any time by a resolution of the Board.

Administrator. The Board or any of its Committees authorized to administer the Plan, in accordance with section 4 of the Plan.

Administrator. Means the Company, by action of the Board or its delegate, which shall serve as the Plan "administrator" within the meaning of ERISA Section 3(16).

Administrator. Means the Board or, if appointed by the Board, a Committee.

Administrator. Means the Board of Directors of TriZetto or any Committees thereof as shall be administering the Plan in accordance with Section 4 hereof.

Administrator. The Special Committee, or in the event the Special Committee is dissolved by the Board, then another duly constituted committee of members of the Board, or officers of the Company as delegated by the Board.

Administrator. Means the Director of Human Resources of the Company or any person to whom the Administrator has delegated any authority or responsibility pursuant to Section 8(c), but only to the extent of such delegation.

Administrator. Either the Board or a committee of the Board that is responsible for the administration of the Plan as is designated from time to time by resolution of the Board.
