Administrator

Administrator. Shall mean the Board or a committee thereof designated by the Board

Administrator. Means the Committee or the Board, or, subject to the rules and interpretive determinations promulgated by the Committee, any officer(s) or employee(s) of the Company to whom the Committee has delegated the authority to handle the operation and administration of the Plan. The Administrator also shall include any third-party vendor or broker/administrator hired by the Committee to assist with the day-to-day operation and administration of the Plan.
