Affiliates

Affiliates. With respect to any Party, any entity who directly or indirectly Controls, or is Controlled by, or is under common Control with such Party. Affiliates include subsidiaries. The term Affiliate or Affiliates, as to Battelle, does not include any person or business operation which manages or operates national laboratories, other laboratories of a third party, or facilities for any of the United States of America, foreign governments or entities, or a third party.

Affiliates.
