Affiliates

Affiliates. As used with respect to a Party, any corporation or entity worldwide that Controls such Party, that such Party Controls, or that is under common Control with such Party

Affiliates. Means, as to any party, any corporation or business entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with such party. For this purpose, control shall mean direct or indirect beneficial ownership of at least fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock or income interest in such corporation or other business entity, or such other relationship as, in fact, constitutes actual control.

Affiliates. Any company, partnership, venture, or other organization that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Company.

Affiliates. Shall mean, with respect to a Party, any corporation, company, partnership or other entity, which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a Party. For such purpose the term "control" shall mean the ownership, direct or indirect control of at least fifty percent (50 %) of the voting stock of the other entity.

Affiliates. Means with respect to any entity, any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such entity. For purposes of the foregoing, control of an entity means the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such entity through the ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting securities (or in the case of a non-corporate entity, equivalent ownership interests) of the controlled entity.

Affiliates. As used herein, "Affiliates" means, with respect to UTC, any person or entity that directly or indirectly (through one or more intermediaries) controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with UTC. "Affiliates" means, with respect to Sandoz, solely Sandoz AG, Sandoz Canada Inc., Eon Labs, Inc., Oriel Therapeutics, Inc., and Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Affiliates. Any corporation or other entity that is directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with a party. For the purpose of this definition, "control" means the direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the capital stock of the subject entity entitled to vote in the election of directors (or, in the case of an entity that is not a corporation, interests entitled to vote in the election of the corresponding managing authority)

Affiliates. Shall mean with respect to any Person, any Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with such other Person.

Affiliates. The Company's subsidiaries, shareholders, clients, successors and assigns, the past and present officers, directors, members, employees and agents of any of the foregoing, and any fiduciaries of any employee benefit plan or policy of the Company or any affiliate
