Agent

Agent. Has the meaning specified in the preamble hereto

Agent. Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, together with any successor Administrative Agent under the Credit Agreement. In the event the Credit Agreement is with a single lender, "Agent" shall refer to such lender.

Agent. Shall mean Sovereign Bank in its capacity as agent for the Lenders and its successors in that capacity
