Agent

Agent. The word the "Agent" as used herein shall include the transferees, successors, and assigns of the Agent as if so specified at length throughout this Agreement, and all rights of the Agent under this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the transferees, successors, and assigns of the Agent.

Agent. Shall have the meaning given to it in the Loan Agreement and shall include, where the context permits or requires, any successor or replacement or other agent or security trustee appointed pursuant to that agreement;

Agent. Shall mean the US Agent or the UK Agent, as appropriate.

Agent. Of the Company means any person (in all capacities in which such person is acting, has acted and will act) who is or was a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or other agent of the Company or who is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise.

Agent. Agent. Means any Person authorized to act and who acts on behalf of any holder of Registrable Securities with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Stock Purchase Agreement.

Agent. Fleet Capital Corporation, in its capacity as Agent under the Senior Credit Agreement.

Agent. Shall mean Mellon Bank, N. A. or the financial institution which shall have been designated by the Majority Holders as the Agent for the Lenders hereunder by written notice to the Company.

Agent. BTIG, LLC

Agent. ECLIPSE BUSINESS CAPITAL LLC, as agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, "Agent").
