Agent

Agent. The Agent appointed under the Security Agreement, dated as of _________, _____, among the Borrower and the Senior Creditors.

Agent. Of the Company shall include any person who is or was a director, officer, employee or other agent of the Company or was a director, officer, employee or agent of a predecessor corporation of the Company.

Agent. Means U.S. Bank National Association.

Agent. Means State Street Bank & Trust Company.

Agent. Bank One, Texas, National Association, whose address for notice purposes is the following: 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 2100 Dallas, Dallas County, Texas 75201 Attn: Jeff Etter, First Vice President

Agent. Shall mean Fleet Capital Corporation, a Rhode Island corporation, as Agent for the Senior Lenders, or any other Person appointed by the holders of the Senior Debt as administrative agent for purposes of the Senior Loan Documents and this Agreement.

Agent. Has the meaning prescribed for such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Agent. Fleet Capital Corporation, in its capacity as Agent for the holders of Agent's Debt, and each successor agent with respect thereto.

Agent. For purposes of this Agreement, "agent" of the Company means any person who: (i) is or was a director and/or officer of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company; or (ii) is or was serving at the request of, for the convenience of, or to represent the interest of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company as a director and/or officer of another foreign or domestic corporation, partnership or joint venture.

Agent. The independent agent appointed by the Plan Administrator to assist it in the administration of the Plan as herein provided. Any reference to the Plan Administrator shall be deemed to include the Agent to the extent that the Plan Administrator has engaged the Agent to perform its obligations hereunder.
