Agreement

Agreement. Shall mean this Security Agreement, including all amendments, modifications and supplements to the extent executed in accordance with the provisions hereof, and shall refer to this Agreement as the same may be in effect at the time such reference becomes operative.

Agreement. Means the present agreement together with all amendments, appendices and schedules.

Agreement. This Loan Agreement and all modifications or amendments hereto, or extensions hereof.

Agreement. Shall have the meaning set forth above.

Agreement. This Tax Allocation Agreement.

Agreement. Means a Stock Option Agreement, which is a written confirmation furnished to an Optionee of the grant of an Option under the Plan.

Agreement. This Program Agreement and any riders, addenda, exhibits and written amendments hereto.

Agreement. The Agreement identified in the preamble to this Agreement as amended.

Agreement. Shall mean the Modification Agreement of even date herewith between the Company and the Investor.

Agreement. Means the Original Agreement dated September 17, 2001, as supplemented and amended by this agreement and as from time to time further supplemented and amended.
