Agreement

Agreement. This Software License Agreement, including any exhibits and attachments hereto.

Agreement. Being delivered to you in connection with the proposed Underwriting Agreement (the "Underwriting Agreement"), between Alamosa Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), the stockholders of the Company set forth in Schedule II thereto and each of you as representatives of a group of Underwriters named therein, relating to an underwritten public offering of Common Stock, $0.01 par value (the "Common Stock"), of the Company.

Agreement. This Employment Agreement, including any Exhibits hereto, as amended from time to time.

Agreement. Means this agreement, including all appendices to this Agreement.
