Applicable Law

Applicable Law. With respect to any Person, all provisions of Law of any Governmental or Regulatory Authority applicable to such Person or any of its Property, and all judgments, injunctions, orders, writs and decrees of all courts, arbitrators or Governmental or Regulatory Authorities in proceedings or actions in which such Person is a party or by which any of its Property is bound.

Applicable Law. All (i) applicable provisions of laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, treaties and orders of all Governmental Bodies (including those of constitutional, federal, state, provincial, local, municipal, foreign, international, and multinational origins), (ii) policies, guidelines and directives that are imposed by Governmental Bodies having jurisdiction as if such policies, guidelines and directives had the force of law, and (iii) judgments, orders and decrees of all courts, arbitrators,... commissions, administrative tribunals, or bodies exercising similar functions (including the principles of common law resulting therefrom) View More

Applicable Law. All laws, rules, regulations and binding governmental guidelines applicable to the Person, conduct, transaction, agreement or matter in question, including all applicable statutory law, common law and equitable principles, and all provisions of constitutions, treaties, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, rulings and decrees of Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over such Person

Applicable Law. Shall mean all applicable provisions of all (a) constitutions, treaties, statutes, laws (including common law), rules, regulations, ordinances or codes of any Governmental Authority, and (b) orders, decisions, injunctions, judgments, awards and decrees of any Governmental Authority.

Applicable Law. Means any applicable law, statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, order or other pronouncement, action or requirement of any Governmental Authority.

Applicable Law. Any of the following applicable to Borrower or any Pledging Affiliate: law, statute, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, code, decree, judgment, ordinance, guide, manual, order or other obligation other than an Applicable Document, pursuant to which a government or any agency, subdivision, official, or court or tribunal thereof that regulates FHLBank, Borrower, or any Pledging Affiliate or the activities of any of them.

Applicable Law. All federal, state, local, national and supra-national laws, statutes, rules and regulations, including any rules, regulations, guidelines or requirements of applicable Regulatory Authorities, national securities exchanges or securities exchanges or securities listing organizations that may be in effect from time to time during the term of this Agreement and applicable to a particular activity hereunder.

Applicable Law. Shall mean all applicable Federal, state, local and foreign laws (including, without limitation, any Environmental Law, industrial hygiene and occupational safety or similar laws), ordinances, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs and orders of any Governmental Authority and rules, regulations, orders, licenses and permits of any Governmental Authority.

Applicable Law. Means, with respect to any Person, any law (including common law), statutes, regulations, written regulatory guidance, directives, constitution, treaty, convention, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order, injunction, judgment, decree or ruling enacted, adopted, promulgated or applied by a governmental authority that is binding upon and applicable at the relevant time to such Person.

Applicable Law. Means, with respect to any Person, any Law applicable to such Person, any of its Affiliates, or any of its or their properties, assets, capital stock, equity, business, operations, officers, directors, members, managers or employees.
