Applicable Law. As to any Person: (i) all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, or other requirements having the force of law and (ii) all court orders and injunctions, and/or similar rulings, in each instance ((i) and (ii)) of or by any Governmental Authority, or court, or tribunal which has jurisdiction over such Person, or any property of such Person, or of any other Person for whose conduct such Person would be legally responsible.

Applicable Law. Shall mean all provisions of statutes, rules, regulations and orders of the United States, any state thereof or municipality therein or of any foreign governmental body or of any regulatory agency applicable to the Person in question, and all orders and decrees of all courts and arbitrators in proceedings or actions in which the Person in question is a party.
