Example Definitions of "Award Agreement"
Award Agreement. Certain equity award agreements between the Company and Mr. Chapman, whether currently in effect or which may be entered into in the future, that, at the time of a Qualifying Separation, contemplate the acceleration or continued vesting of certain equity awards upon the attainment by Mr. Chapman of both the age of fifty-five (55) years old and five (5) or more years of continuous service to the Company.
Award Agreement. A Stock Option Agreement, a Stock Appreciation Rights Agreement, a Phantom Stock Agreement, a Sale Phantom Stock Agreement, a Restricted Stock Agreement, an agreement related to another share-based agreement pursuant to Section 7(h) or an agreement related to a Performance Award pursuant to Section 7(g) and Section 8, as applicable
Award Agreement. A written document evidencing the grant to a Participant of an Award (as defined in and provided for in each of Attachment I and Attachment II). For clarity, an Award Agreement shall cover an Award under Attachment I and under Attachment II.
Award Agreement. Shall mean, with respect to each Award, a written or electronic agreement or communication between the Corporation and a Participant setting forth the terms and conditions of the Award. An Award Agreement may be required, as a condition of its effectiveness, to be executed by the Participant, including by electronic signature or other electronic indication of acceptance.

Award Agreement. Means a notice or an agreement (electronic or written), including any exhibit or appendices thereto) entered into between the Company and a Participant setting forth the terms and conditions of an Award granted to a Participant as provided in Section 15.2 hereof.
