Award Agreement. A written document (e.g., an Option Agreement, Restricted Stock Award Agreement or Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement), the form(s) of which shall be approved from time to time by the Administrator, reflecting the terms of an Award granted under the Plan and includes any documents attached to or incorporated into such Award
