Award Agreement

Award Agreement. The written agreement evidencing the grant of an Award executed by the Company and the Participant, including the Waiver and Release, substantially in the form attached to this Plan as Exhibit A.

Award Agreement. Any writing, approved by the Administrator, setting forth the terms of an Award that has been duly authorized and approved

Award Agreement. An agreement between a Participant and the Company evidencing the terms and conditions of the Award, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Award Agreement. A written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Award (other than an Option) evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award grant

Award Agreement. The writing evidencing an Award or a notice of an Award delivered to a Participant by the Company.

Award Agreement. A written (electronic or paper) agreement between FirstSun or the Bank (as applicable) and a Participant that specifies the number of LTIP Units awarded to the Participant and the Target Value, and any additional terms as described in Section 5.2.

Award Agreement. Means any written instrument that establishes the terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations applicable to an Award in addition to those established by this Plan and by the Committee's exercise of its administrative powers. The form of Award Agreement adopted as of the Effective Date will be the only form of Award Agreement pursuant to which Awards may be granted under the Plan and any amendment of the Award Agreement will be subject to Section 8 of the Plan.

Award Agreement. Means, with respect to any Shares, any Partnership Interest Award Agreement (as amended and/or amended and restated from time to time) between the holder of such Shares and the Partnership or any other award agreement relating to restricted stock, stock options, restricted stock units or other equity award granted to an employee or other service provider of the Company or its Affiliates prior to the closing of the Initial Public Offering.

Award Agreement. With respect to any Award, the instrument or agreement pursuant to which such Award is granted to the applicable Participant, as may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Award Agreement. A written or electronic communication to a Participant with respect to a Performance Period, which provides notice of the Participant's Maximum Shares and Target Shares for such Performance Period, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, the Performance Bonus Plan and the Stock Incentive Plan
