Base Salary
Base Salary. The term "Base Salary" means the salary payable to Executive from time to time before any reduction for voluntary contributions to any 401(k) plan or any other voluntary deferral. Base Salary does not include imputed income from any payment by STERIS of any non-cash benefits.
