Example Definitions of "Base Salary"
Base Salary. Executive's annual base salary established by the Board and/or Compensation Committee in accordance with Section 3(a)
Base Salary. Executive's annual base salary as in effect during the last regularly scheduled payroll period immediately preceding the effective date of Executive's termination due to an Involuntary Termination.
