Bonus Amount

Bonus Amount. Shall equal $151,868.50.

Bonus Amount. Shall equal $57,553.00.

Bonus Amount. For purposes of this Agreement, "Bonus Amount" shall mean the greater of the Executive's most recent annual bonus paid during the twelve months preceding a Change in Control and the Executive's most recent annual bonus paid during the twelve months preceding the Termination Date.

Bonus Amount. Shall mean, as of the Termination Date, the greater of (x) the highest annual bonus paid or payable in respect of any of the three full fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding the Termination Date, and (y) the Executive's targeted bonus amount for the year in which the Termination Date occurs under the MIP, if in place, or any other annual incentive compensation plan of the Company which may succeed or replace the MIP. 15 16

Bonus Amount. Means the average of the annual bonuses payable to the Executive, including any amounts deferred at the election of the Executive, with respect to the three calendar years preceding the Change in Control; provided, however, that in the event the Executive has not been eligible to earn an annual bonus from the Company in his position as a senior executive officer of the Company for three full calendar years preceding the Change in Control, the term "Bonus Amount" shall instead mean 100% of the... target annual bonus that the Executive is eligible to earn in respect of the fiscal year of the Company in which the Change in Control occurs, or if no target annual bonus has yet been established for such fiscal year, 100% of the target annual bonus for the prior fiscal year. Bonus Amount. Shall mean the greater of (i) 100% of the last annual incentive payment paid or payable to Officer prior to the Termination Date under the Company's cash bonus incentive plan, and (ii) Officer's incentive target for the fiscal year in which the Change in Control occurs. 2

Bonus Amount. Means the annual incentive bonus earned by Executive from the Company during the last completed fiscal year of the Company immediately preceding Executive's Date of Termination (annualized in the event Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of any such fiscal year).

Bonus Amount. The greater of (i) the most recent annual bonuses paid or payable to the Executive, or (ii) the average of the annual bonuses paid or payable to the Executive during all previous fiscal years ended prior to the Termination Date.

Bonus Amount. The Executive's target bonus for the fiscal year of the Company which includes the Executive's Date of Termination
