Change of Control Period

Change of Control Period. Means the period commencing on (i) the earlier of (x) the date that the Board recommends to the Company's stockholders approval of a transaction or series of transactions that would effect a Change of Control, (y) the date that the Board approves the execution and delivery by the Company of a definitive agreement for a transaction or series of transactions that would effect a Change of Control, or (z) a Change of Control, and continuing through (ii) the close of business on the day following a... Change of Control Period. (d) "Change of Control Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Company's public announcement of a proposed Change of Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the twelve (12) month period following the consummation of the proposed Change of Control, or (ii) the Company's public announcement that the proposed Change of Control will not occur.

Change of Control Period. The three-year period commencing on the Change of Control Date.

Change of Control Period. Shall mean the period commencing 180 days immediately prior to the date a Change of Control is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 1(h), herein, and ending on the second anniversary of such date;

Change of Control Period. Shall mean the period commencing ninety (90) days prior to the execution of any definitive purchase and sale, merger or other acquisition agreement resulting in a Change of Control through the first anniversary following the closing of such Change of Control, or, in the case of any other type of Change of Control, the period of one (1) year beginning on the date of the occurrence of such Change of Control through the first anniversary thereof.

Change of Control Period. The "Change of Control Period" is the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the first anniversary of such date; provided, however, that the Change of Control Period shall extend automatically for an additional day at the end of each day during the Change of Control Period so that the Change of Control Period is always the shorter of one (1) year or Executive's Normal Retirement Date.

Change of Control Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending on September 30, 2007.
