Change of Control Period. Change of Control Period. (d) "Change of Control Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Company's public announcement of a proposed Change of Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the twelve (12) month period following the consummation of the proposed Change of Control, or (ii) the Company's public announcement that the proposed Change of Control will not occur.
Change of Control Period. The three-year period commencing on the Change of Control Date.
