Change of Control Period

Change of Control Period. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending one (1) year following the Effective Date; provided, however, that, commencing one (1) year following the Effective Date, and each one-year anniversary of such date (such date and each such one-year anniversary thereof, the "Renewal Date") unless previously terminated, the Change of Control Period shall be automatically extended so as to terminate one (1) year from such Renewal Date, unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the next... Change of Control Period. The period ending twenty-four (24) months following the first Change of Control to occur after the Effective Date.

Change of Control Period. Means the 24-month period beginning on the date on which occurs a Change of Control.

Change of Control Period. The term of this Agreement and any renewal or extension thereof.

Change of Control Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the earlier of (i) the date that a Change of Control occurs or (ii) the date that the Company enters into a definitive agreement with respect to a transaction, the consummation of which would constitute a Change of Control (provided it is actually consummated), and in either case ending on the second anniversary of the Change of Control.

Change of Control Period. The period beginning six (6) months before the date of a Change of Control and ending on the one-year anniversary of such Change of Control.

Change of Control Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the occurrence of a Change of Control and ending on the Expiration Date.
