Change of Control Period

Change of Control Period. Change of Control Period. The "Change of Control Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Change of Control Date and ending on the last day of the Employment Period.

Change of Control Period. The greater of (i) the period commencing on the Change of Control Effective Date and ending on the Termination Date in effect on the Change of Control Effective Date, and (ii) the period commencing on the Change of Control Effective Date and ending on the second anniversary of the Change of Control Effective Date.

Change of Control Period.
