Example Definitions of "Change of Control Period"
Change of Control Period. The period beginning on the date of the consummation of a Change of Control and ending on the date twelve (12) months following the consummation of such Change of Control.
Change of Control Period. Means the period of time commencing on a Change of Control and ending two (2) years following the Change of Control.
Change of Control Period.
