Change of Control Period

Change of Control Period. The period beginning on the date of the consummation of a Change of Control and ending on the date twelve (12) months following the consummation of such Change of Control.

Change of Control Period. Means the period of time commencing on a Change of Control and ending two (2) years following the Change of Control.

Change of Control Period. Change of Control Period. Means the twenty four (24) month period commencing with a Change of Control, as defined herein.

Change of Control Period. (i) in the context of a termination of employment for Good Reason, the period beginning on the date of a Change of Control and ending on the first anniversary of such Change of Control, and (ii) in the context of any other termination of employment, the period beginning on the date of a Change of Control and ending on the second anniversary of such Change of Control

Change of Control Period. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the day after the date of Employee's termination of employment from the Company or, if earlier, the date which is two years after the Change of Control Date.
