Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. Means the committee designated by the Company from time to time to administer the Plan.
Committee. Shall mean the stock option committee of the Board provided in Section 4 of the Plan.
Committee. The Compensation and Leadership Committee of the Board or any successor committee.
Committee. The Committee provided for in Paragraph 9(a) of this Plan.
Committee. Shall mean the committee of the Board which shall be designated by the Board to administer the Plan. The Committee shall be composed of two or more directors appointed from time to time to serve by the Board, a majority of whom shall be directors designated by the Investors.
Committee. The Option Committee, which is appointed by the Board of Directors, and which shall be composed of three or more members of the Board of Directors, and none of whom, for one year prior to his or her appointment to the committee, has been granted or awarded any equity security, including any derivative security such as an Option or Stock Appreciation Right, of the Company pursuant to this Plan or any other plan of the Company.
Committee. The committee established to administer this Plan as provided in Section 3 or, if no such committee is established, the Board.
Committee. Has the meaning given to it in the SAIP. To the extent the Committee delegates authority pursuant to Section 6(a), references to the Committee in the Program shall, as appropriate, be deemed to refer to the Committee's delegate.
Committee. Means a committee of not less than two "Non-Employee Directors" (as defined in Rule 16b-3(b)(3)(i) under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act) appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Board.
Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board to which the Board has delegated its authority to administer this Plan on its behalf.
