Committee

Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board as duly constituted from time to time.

Committee. Means the Executive Development and Compensation Committee.

Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of IFX

Committee. Shall mean the Stock Option Committee, as described in Section 3 hereof, appointed by the Board to administer this Plan.

Committee. Committee" shall mean the Executive Committee of the Board, as constituted at any time, acting as the Stock Option Plan Committee, under this Plan.

Committee. Means the Stock Option Committee of the Board or any other committee appointed by the Board which is invested by the Board with responsibility for the 2 administration of the Plan and whose members meet the requirements for eligibility to serve to the extent required by Rule 16b-3 (when and if such Rule is applicable to the Company) and the Plan.

Committee. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board, the Senior Executive Compensation Committee of the Board, or such other Stock Option Committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan. If the Board does not appoint or ceases to maintain a Committee, the term "Committee" shall refer to the Board.

Committee. Means the committee to which the Board has delegated its authority to administer this Plan pursuant to Paragraph 13 of this Plan.

Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors or any subcommittee thereof formed to comply with Section 162(m) of the Code or Rule 16b-3.

Committee. Means the Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated Private Client Group Deferred Compensation Plan Committee consisting of such members as the Company's President shall select from time to time.
