Committee

Committee. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Paragraph 3 hereof.

Committee. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Metavante Corporation, or, if the Compensation Committee is not yet in existence, the Board of Directors of Metavante Corporation. 3

Committee. The word "Committee" shall mean the Stock Option and Compensation Committee appointed by the Board.

Committee. The term "Committee" shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board or other committee of the Board selected to administer this Plan which shall consist of not less than two non-employee members of the Board.

Committee. Shall mean the committee of Board members appointed pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan to administer the Plan.

Committee. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board, unless otherwise determined by the Board.

Committee. The Compensation Committee appointed by the Board or if there is no such committee, then the Board.

Committee. Shall mean the Compensation and Nominating Committee of the Board or such other committee or subcommittee as may be appointed by the Board to administer the Plan in accordance with Section 3 of the Plan.
