Committee

Committee. The Benefit Plans Administration Committee of the Company.

Committee. Means, except as otherwise determined by the Board in its discretion, a committee consisting of such number of members of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors with such qualifications as are required to satisfy the requirements of (i) Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act or any successor rule of similar import and (ii) Section 162(m) of the Code, and the regulations thereunder, as in effect from time to time... Committee. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors or any other committee meeting the standards of Rule 16b-3 under the Exchange Act, or any similar successor rule, appointed or designated by the Board of Directors to perform any of the functions and duties of the Committee under this Plan, or, if so designated by the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors as a whole.

Committee. Any committee of directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan satisfying the requirements of Section 3(b) hereof.

Committee. Means one or more Committees appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan.

Committee. Means the Officers-Directors Compensation Committee (or any successor) of the Board.

Committee. Means the group of individuals appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company to administer the Plan.

Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board or any other committee appointed by the Board to assume the Committee's rights and responsibilities hereunder.

Committee. Shall mean the committee, if any, appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan.
