Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Spacelabs or such person(s), committee(s) or subcommittee(s) appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company to administer this Plan, or portions thereof, or to make and/or administer specific Awards hereunder. If no such appointment is in effect at any time, "Committee" shall mean the Board of Directors of the Company.
