Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. Means (i) the Compensation Committee of the Board or (ii) such other committee of the Board as is designated by the Board to administer the Plan or (iii) to the extent contemplated hereby, the Board.
Committee. Means one or more committees each comprised of not less than two members of the Board appointed by the Board to administer the Plan or a specified portion thereof or, in the absence of such appointment, the Compensation Committee of the Board.
Committee. Means the Compensation and Stock Committee of the Board or any successor to such committee.
Committee. Shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Board or such other committee established by the board to administer the Plan provided if no such Committee is established by the Board, Committee shall mean the entire board.
Committee. The Board or the Executive Performance Compensation Committee or any other authorized committee of the Board.
Committee. Means the (i) full Board or (ii) Compensation Committee of the Board, any successor committee thereto, or (iii) any other committee appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.
Committee. Shall mean (i) the Compensation Committee of the Board, appointed as provided in Section 5.1, (ii) the Stock Option Committee, if the Compensation Committee determines to delegate the administration of the Plan to a subcommittee, or, (iii) if no Compensation Committee or Stock Option Committee has been appointed, or if the Compensation Committee or Stock Option Committee ceases to consist of two or more members, the Board.
Committee. Shall mean the committee of the Board of Directors of the Company appointed to administer the Plan or their designee(s).
