Committee

Committee. Means the committee appointed by the Board to administer the Plan, which shall be the Compensation Committee of the Board or such other committee as the Board may appoint or, if the Board so determines, the Board.

Committee. Has the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

Committee. Means the Executive Compensation Committee of OfficeMax's Board of Directors.

Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Apple, which shall be responsible for the administration of the Plan.

Committee. Means the committee appointed by the Board to administer this Plan pursuant to Section 13 herein.

Committee. A committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 9; provided, that all references to the "Committee" shall mean the Board if no such Committee has been appointed.
