Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. Means the committee of the Board to which the Board has delegated power to act under or pursuant to the provisions of the Plan; provided, however, that, unless otherwise determined by the Board, the Committee shall consist solely of two or more Qualified Members.
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board or the Board acting as the Compensation Committee or those persons to whom administration of the Grant Agreement, or part of the Grant Agreement, has been delegated as permitted by Applicable Law
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board or the Board acting as the Compensation Committee
Committee. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board, or the Board, if acting in place of the Compensation Committee.
