Committee. Means the Board or a committee appointed by the Board to administer this Agreement.

Committee. Committee. Means the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee of the Board.

Committee. Means Carrols Restaurant Group's Compensation Committee or such sub-committee appointed by the Compensation Committee to administer the Plan.
