Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. Any committee or subcommittee the Board may appoint to administer the Plan. If at any time or to any extent a Committee has not been appointed to administer the Plan, then the authority and functions of the Committee specified in the Plan shall be held and exercised by the Board
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board, unless otherwise specified by the Board, in which event the Committee shall be as specified by the Board, which Committee shall administer the Plan and perform the functions set forth herein. If there is no Compensation Committee and the Board does not specify otherwise, or if the Board so elects, the Committee shall mean the Board
Committee. The Board or a duly appointed committee of the Board to which the Board has delegated its powers and functions hereunder.
