Compensation

Compensation. Compensation means a Participant's Salary and Bonus, and any other amounts approved by the Committee as Compensation for purposes of this Plan, from time to time. Compensation shall not include any compensation that has been previously deferred under this Plan or any other arrangement subject to Code Section 409A.

Compensation. Shall mean all base straight time gross earnings, commissions, overtime and shift premium, but exclusive of payments for incentive compensation, bonuses and other compensation. Compensation.
