Example Definitions of "Compensation"
Compensation. Means all earnings reported as wages on Form W-2, including straight time pay, payments for overtime, shift premiums, incentive compensation, incentive payments, bonuses, commissions and other compensation, but excluding any compensation recognized in connection with any Company equity awards.
Compensation. Means any Annual Retainer and meeting fees payable by Constellation Energy Group to a participant in his/her capacity as a Director. Compensation excludes expense reimbursements paid by Constellation Energy Group to a participant in his/her capacity as a Director.

Compensation. Compensation.
