Compensation. Compensation. The base pay received by a Participant, plus commissions, overtime and regular annual, quarterly and monthly cash bonuses payable pursuant to a short-term cash incentive plan and vacation, holiday and sick pay, in each case, from the Company, FTW or any of their respective subsidiaries. Compensation. With respect to each Participant for each pay period, all regular straight time gross earnings paid to such Participant by the Company or a Designated Subsidiary.
