Confidential Information. Any and all proprietary and/or confidential data, including Clovis Oncology Information and RMS Technology, information or Know-How, of whatever kind and in whatever form or medium, that is disclosed by or on behalf of a Party to the other Party during the Term and in connection with this Agreement.
Confidential Information.
