Confidential Information. Confidential and proprietary information relating to Company's business practices, customer lists, strategies, designs, products, processes, trade secrets, know-how, technologies and inventions. Confidential Information. With respect to a Party, all reports and other Information of such Party that is disclosed to the other Party under this Agreement, whether in oral, written, graphic, electronic or other form.
