Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Confidential Information. Shall mean all information and materials acquired from the other Party or its Affiliates, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, agents, distributors, licensees or customers in connection with this Agreement, as well as all other information and materials included in the Client Confidential Information.
