Consultant. Any consultant or adviser to the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company.

Consultant. Means any person who is engaged by the Company or any Affiliate to render consulting or advisory services, whether or not compensated for such services, and any director of the Company or any Affiliate who is not an Employee, whether or not compensated for such services.

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor, who is engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity, including service providers who are employees of entities engaged to provide such services.

Consultant. An individual, corporation, partnership, LLC or LLP providing services to the Company in an independent contractor capacity.
