Consultant

Consultant. A natural person that provides bona fide services to the Company and/or its Affiliates; provided, however, that a Consultant shall not include a person whose services are in connection with the offer or sale of the Company's securities in a capital-raising transaction including, directly or indirectly, the promotion or maintenance of a market for the Company's securities

Consultant. Any natural person engaged by a member of the Company Group to render bona fide services to such entity, provided the services (i) are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital raising transaction, and (ii) do not directly promote or maintain a market for the Company's securities. A Consultant must be a person to whom the issuance of Shares registered on Form S-8 under the Securities Act is permitted.

Consultant. Means any person, including an advisor, who is (i) engaged by the Company or an Affiliate to render consulting or advisory services and is compensated for such services, or (ii) serving as a member of the board of directors of an Affiliate and is compensated for such services, in either case, only if such person satisfies the requirements to be a consultant for purposes of Rule 701.

Consultant. An individual who performs bona fide Service other than as a Common-Law Employee, a member of the Board, or a member of the board of directors of a Subsidiary

Consultant. A person, excluding Employees and Directors, who performs bona fide services for the Company or a Subsidiary as a consultant or advisor and who qualifies as a consultant or advisor under Rule 701(c)(1) of the Securities Act or under Instruction A.1. (a)(1) of Form S-8 under the Securities Act

Consultant. An independent consultant or advisor that is performing services on a periodic basis for the Company or any of its Affiliates.
