Contract Year

Contract Year. Each twelve (12) month period during the term of this Agreement, commencing on January 1, 2005 and each annual anniversary of this date, and ending one day prior to the commencement of the succeeding Contract Year

Contract Year. Each calendar year period during the Term of this Agreement, commencing on January 1, 2009

Contract Year. Means any consecutive twelve (12) month period commencing with the Effective Date or any anniversary thereof during the term of this Agreement.

Contract Year. The twelve (12) month period beginning on the effective date of this Agreement and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each consecutive 12-month period thereafter during the Term

Contract Year. Means each consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Term, the first of which shall commence on the first day of the calendar month following the date of Launch and end on the first anniversary thereof.

Contract Year. The period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on June 30, 2018, and each twelve (12) month period commencing on July 1 of each subsequent year (e.g., July 1, 2018 & July 1, 2019 etc.)

Contract Year. Shall mean each twelve month period beginning on the Effective Date or an annual anniversary thereof.

Contract Year. Means: (a) the twelve (12) month period beginning on the first of the month following the month *** or (ii) Sientra elects in writing (in its sole discretion) to commence Contract Year 1, and ending on the calendar day immediately prior to the twelve (12) month anniversary thereof; and (b) each such twelve (12) month period thereafter during the Term of the Agreement.
