Contract

Contract. Any agreement, contract, subcontract, obligation, binding understanding, note, indenture, instrument, option, lease, promise, arrangement, release, warranty, license, sublicense, insurance policy, benefit plan, purchase order or legally binding commitment or undertaking of any nature (whether written or oral and whether express or implied).

Contract. Means any contract, commitment, or other arrangement or understanding (and all amendments and supplements thereto), whether written or oral.
