Contract

Contract. Shall mean any agreement, contract, consensual obligation, promise, understanding, arrangement, commitment or undertaking of any nature (whether written or oral and whether express or implied), whether or not legally binding.

Contract. Any contract, procurement or lease exceeding the total sum of $5,000.00 in which Company or Participant is a party other than the agreements between Four Seasons Hotels Limited and/or its affiliates (collectively, "Four Seasons") and the Company for branding and operation of the Hotel (as defined below)

Contract. Means, with respect to any Person, any contract, agreement, deed, mortgage, lease, sublease, license, commitment, promise, undertaking, arrangement or understanding, whether written or oral and whether express or implied, or other document or instrument to which or by which such Person is a party or otherwise subject or bound or to which or by which any property, business, operation or right of such Person is subject or bound.

Contract. The agreement of the parties set out in the Articles herein and the Annexes attached thereto.

Contract. Any contract, agreement, indenture, note, bond, instrument, lease, conditional sales contract, mortgage, license, franchise agreement, concession agreement, insurance policy, security interest, guaranty, binding commitment or other agreement or arrangement, whether written or oral

Contract. With respect to any Person, any written agreement, contract, lease, license or other commitment, in each case, that is legally binding on such Person

Contract. All loan agreements, indentures, letters of credit (including related letter of credit applications and reimbursement obligations), mortgages, security agreements, pledge agreements, deeds of trust, bonds, notes, guarantees, surety obligations, warranties, licenses, franchises, permits, powers of attorney, purchase orders, leases, and other agreements, contracts, instruments, obligations, offers, commitments, arrangements and understandings, written or oral.

Contract. Any contract, license, sublicense, purchase, sale, permit, loan, security, pledge, instrument and any other arrangement or any commitment to enter into any of the foregoing (in each case, whether written or oral).

Contract. Means any agreement, contract, license, lease, instrument, note, bond, mortgage, indenture, guarantee or other legally binding commitment or obligation, whether oral or written.
