Example Definitions of "Conversion Date"
Conversion Date. The date that Holder provides written notice to the Company as provided for in Section 3(a).
Conversion Date. Means (i) with respect to a conversion at the option of the Holder, the date a Conversion Notice is delivered to the Issuer (as determined in accordance with the notice provisions hereof) pursuant to Section 3(a)or (ii) with respect to a Mandatory Conversion, the tenth (10th) Trading Day after the delivery of such Mandatory Conversion Notice for such Mandatory Conversion pursuant to Section 3(b).
Conversion Date. Means an Optional Conversion Date or a Mandatory Conversion Date.
