Example Definitions of "Conversion Shares"
Conversion Shares. The meaning ascribed to such term in the New Debentures.
Conversion Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable by the Company upon conversion of the Preferred Shares.
Conversion Shares. As defined in the recitals above.
Conversion Shares. The shares of Common Stock underlying the Note
Conversion Shares. The shares of the capital stock of the Company, which may be received upon conversion of this Note pursuant to conversion under Section 4.1 herein.
